Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and fulfilled from our Workshop location. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Shipping rates are calculated in real time via USPS at checkout based on your order details.

International Shipping We ship internationally to Canada. International orders are fulfilled via DHL Express, FedEx, or DHL eCommerce, with rates calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
